TURQUALITY AT PROFESSIONAL PROFESSIONAL WELDING MACHINE SERIES!
Kaysan Kaynak was esablıshed by two brothers, Kazım Uygun and Mehmet Uygun in 1958.
Our company has succeeded to achieve many "firsts" in welding machinery industry of Turkey.
Some of those milestones are:
* First flat wire wounded round coil based transformer production
* First oil cooled welding machine transformator with copper pipe built primary
1958 First custom type mono-phase/three-phase low/mid level voltage transformer production
1958 First portable (bag-type) stick (MMA) welding machine (160-230 A)
1958 First AC 400-600 A transformer welding machine
1958 First welding machine with selenium rectifier
1960 First asynchronous AC eletric motor production
1960 First transformer for spot welding machine (ignitron)
1960 First spot welding machine production (hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical)
1960 First induction heater machine production
1964 First DC rectifier production
1964 First vertical variable production
1967 First anod oxide (eloxal) coated rectifier production
1968 First voltage regulator production
1969 First insulation coating machine for cotton-silk applying over copper
1988 First laboratory testers and prower supplies
1991 First servo-type voltage regulator production
1993 First DC TIG/WIG welding machine production
1994 First MIG/MAG welding machine production
2001 First microplasma production (3rd in the world)
2002 First AC/DC TIG welding machine production
2004 First multi-process welding machine production (3rd in the world)
(duplex MIG/MAG-AC/DC TIG-MMA)
Kaysan Kaynak, currently produces over 120 types and models of standart and custom designed welding machines under its two brand names, Kaysan Kaynak® ve Proweld®.
All of our products are build by Turkish engineers and workers from design through the last stage of the production process.
Now, Kaysan Kaynak is leaded by second generation people after its founders and continues to serve and develop by R&D activities, st grade engineering, application and workmanship
principles and also the perspective giving the first priority to customer satisfaction and innovation.
